What began as a song has become a journey.

Through Mish on a Mission — Choose Self Love, we're travelling beyond the stage to explore what self-love means to different people, in different places, and at different points in their lives.

Because choosing yourself can mean something different to everyone.

It might mean setting a boundary.
Starting again.
Walking away.
Speaking up.
Forgiving yourself.
Following a dream.
Or simply deciding that you are worthy of love exactly as you are.

This October, we're taking that question with us across Japan — from Osaka to Tokyo, and everywhere in between.

We'll be asking people we meet to share their own answer.

Because we don't think there's one right answer.

We just want to start the conversation.

Adam Cousens drives the rhythm on drums, guitar loops and backing vocals. As co-writer, he helps shape the duo's hypnotic hooks and empowering songs, creating a full and dynamic sound across both live and recorded performances.

Together, Mish N Possible fuse high-energy dance rock, hypnotic bass, dynamic drums and lyrical mantras into music designed to move the body, elevate the mind and inspire the soul.

Their songs explore self-belief, self-respect, boundaries, connection and the power of choice, wrapped in irresistible rhythms and a fearless, uplifting attitude.

Known for their fat bass, filthy FX, high-frequency affirmations and energetic live performances, Mish N Possible create music that is made to be experienced rather than simply heard.

Their unique sound and fearless artistic vision have led to collaborations with former Fleetwood Mac manager Dennis Dunstan and ARIA-nominated composer and conductor Sean O'Boyle AM.
