Choose self love // Japan Tour

❤️ THE MISSION BEHIND THE MUSIC

Choose Self Love started as a song.

Now, it’s taking Mish N Possible all the way from Australia to Japan. 🇦🇺🇯🇵

Through Mish on a Mission — Choose Self Love, we’re exploring what choosing yourself can mean in real life — while sharing our music, meeting people and experiencing the incredible diversity of Japan along the way.

Because self-love doesn't look the same for everyone.

It might mean setting a boundary.
Starting again.
Walking away.
Speaking up.
Forgiving yourself.
Following a dream.
Or simply deciding that you are worthy of love exactly as you are.

This Japan tour is our chance to celebrate those choices through music and live performance.

From Osaka to Tokyo, we'll be bringing the energy of Choose Self Love to stages across Japan, connecting with artists, audiences and communities along the way.

The mission travels with us.
The music brings us together.

❤️ Choose Self Love.

THE MUSIC

Transformative music. Bodacious bass. Positive affirmations.

Mish N Possible create high-energy music that is made to move the body, lift the spirit and leave an impression.

At the centre is Mish — powerhouse bassist, vocalist and co-creator — delivering hypnotic bass lines, fearless riffs and empowering lyrical mantras with a magnetic live presence.

Adam Cousens drives the music through drums, guitar loops, keys and backing vocals. As co-writer, he helps shape the duo's hooks, rhythms and distinctive sound.

Together, Mish N Possible fuse dance rock, hypnotic bass, electronic textures and lyrical mantras into something that sits somewhere between a gig, a dance floor and an energetic release.

Their songs explore self-belief, self-respect, boundaries, connection and the power of choice — wrapped in irresistible rhythms, fat bass and an unapologetically uplifting attitude.

Known for their fat bass, filthy FX, high-frequency affirmations and high-energy live performances, Mish N Possible create music that is made to be experienced rather than simply heard.

Their fearless sound has led to collaborations with former Fleetwood Mac manager Dennis Dunstan and ARIA-nominated composer and conductor Sean O'Boyle AM.

LIVE

You don't just hear Mish N Possible. You feel it.

On stage, Mish N Possible are a live experience.

Bass-led grooves, towering hair, back-bending riffs, electronic textures, pounding rhythms and irresistible beats come together in a performance designed to get people moving, feeling and connecting with the music.

This isn't music made to sit quietly in the background.

Turn it up.
Feel the bass.
Move with it.
Choose Self Love.

MEET US. BE PART OF THE MISSION.

Choose Self Love isn't just something we sing about.

As we travel through Japan, we're looking forward to meeting the people who make each place unique — musicians, audiences, creatives, locals and fellow travellers.

We want to experience Japan, share our music, make connections and discover the many different ways people choose to value, respect and care for themselves.

You might share:

✨ Something you do to take care of yourself
✨ A positive affirmation that means something to you
✨ A lesson you've learned about self-respect
✨ Someone who inspires you
✨ Or simply a thought that feels meaningful to you

There is no right or wrong answer.

Just your experience. ❤️

🎥 DOCUMENTING THE MISSION

As we travel through Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nagoya and Tokyo, we'll be documenting our journey and the people we meet along the way.

With permission, some of the stories, words and moments we encounter may become part of the growing Choose Self Love Mission — creating a collection of perspectives from different people, places and cultures.

You don't need to be a musician.
You don't need to have anything prepared.
You don't need to have the perfect words.

Just bring yourself. ❤️

Come to a show.
Come say hello.
Share a moment with us.

And somewhere along the way, perhaps you'll find yourself thinking:

What does choosing self-love mean to me?
